Please note: Royalty DFW does not offer cash or card refunds. All eligible returns and exchanges will be issued as a store gift card only.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please include your order number and reason for the return or exchange in your message.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of your delivery date
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags still attached
How returns work: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a store gift card for the amount you paid for your order, minus the cost of the original shipping label used to fulfill your order.
Example: If your order total was $60 and the shipping label cost $8, you would receive a $52 gift card.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
How exchanges work: Ship your item back to us, and once we receive it, we will issue you a store gift card for the amount you paid on your order, minus the cost of the original shipping label. You can then use that gift card to place a new order for the item or size you'd like.
Our Mistake? We've Got You Covered.
If we made an error on your order — including sending the wrong item, the wrong size, or if your item arrived damaged — we will take full responsibility. In these cases, your gift card will include the full amount you paid for your order plus the cost of the original shipping label, so you are not out of pocket for our mistake.
This includes:
- Wrong item sent
- Wrong size sent
- Item arrived damaged
Please contact us right away with a photo of the item received so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
- We do not offer cash or card refunds. All returns and exchanges are issued as store gift cards only.
- Shipping costs for returning items back to us are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made on our end
- Gift cards are issued digitally and never expire
