Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges at all.

If your item is returned to Royalty DFW by the courier service, you are responsible for the shipping cost so if you decide you no longer want the item(s), all shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund. 

If there is an issue with the quality of your item, you will need to notify us via email at support@RoyaltyDFW.com.
