Shipping policy

Processing typically takes 2-4 business days to prepare for shipping. Processing times may vary depending on inventory on hand or our card verification procedures.

All orders are shipped via UPS and may take 5-10 days to arrive.

Please note that the shipping method you choose DOES NOT include the processing time. This includes those who select 3-5 day shipping. The timeframe refers to the shipping method used when your package is sent out.

Also, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service and will not refund shipping costs due to matters out of our control.

If your item is returned to us by the courier service, you are responsible for the shipping cost to ship it back to you. If you decide you no longer want the item(s), all shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
